Meet Rachel | One Happy Customer!

Great customer service is a key part of The Eye Place experience and so important to the team. We also love great feedback, which is why it was so nice to sit down with Rachel to hear her story!

It was our team member Tania who suggested to her friend Rachel that she come in and meet with Adam for an eye examination. 

Rachel has been wearing glasses since her mid-teens, after finding out when she was learning to drive that she couldn’t read number plates!

Fast forward to today and Rachel and her five children are dedicated regulars at The Eye Place. Here, Rachel explains what keeps her coming back.
